About Mindful Living Post
A small publication about paying attention to everyday life.
Much of the advice about living well seems to assume you have plenty of spare time and very few problems. We write for everyone else. Our articles are about the small things you can do in an ordinary day: a pause before picking up your phone, a walk without headphones, an evening that slows down before bed.
What we write about
Attention, calm, rest, movement, eating, relationships and home. Most pieces are short enough to finish with a cup of coffee, and each one ends with something you could try.
How we approach it
- Small over impressive. We'd rather suggest one thing you'll actually try than ten things you won't.
- No guilt. Missing a day isn't a failure, and we won't write as though it were.
- General information, not medical advice. We aren't your doctor or therapist. See our health disclaimer.
- Open about partners. Some emails and pages may include sponsored content or affiliate links. When they do, we say so.
